1) General Terms -

No legal action will be entertained by the customers, if any customers found any Item wrong received or misplaced, customer should contact to the publisher for necessary action.

2) Replacement -

All of items are send by publishers in good conditions. But If any item, sent by Kailash Pustak Sadan, Bhopal is damaged when customer received this, customer should inform the publisher.
